Control Tyres
After testing at the venue we found the best tyre was the MS-T0001 MooreSpeed Revoultion 25. This tyre has the same DNA as the tyres used at the World Famous Euro Touring Series (ETS). The tyre proved to have an excellent level of traction, stayed glued to the rim well and also lasted ok during the tests whilst getting faster. We compared a new set to 4th run tyres back to back and older tyres were the same pace! We also used a set of very old tyres that were coming off the rims and very worn out which were also giving great traction. During our testing we did not even use tyre warmers or any cleaner on the tyres as they worked straight away!!
The tyre have an RRP of £22.99 for a set of 4 and you are limited to 1 set of unmarked tyres per day, meaning once they are marked they can be used all series if you wish....leaving the option to put a fresh set on when you feel the time is right later in the series.

Tyre Set Restrictions
We will be limited to 1 set of unmarked tyres per meeting. A set of unmarked tyres does not mean new tyres, it means unmarked tyres. You can use tyres in any condition that are unmarked but as soon as you use the unmarked set they are classed as your 1 allowed set for that meeting.
Tyres will be marked after you race in scrutineering if they are not already marked. Records will be kept in scrutineering of how many sets have been used. You can use old sets from earlier in the series (at later rounds) which have already been marked.
If you arrive in scrutineering with a second set of unmarked tyres during the day your last race's time will be disqualified.
This series is aimed at keeping the level fair and consistent for everyone and LOW COST :)
